Does anyone know how much a brand new 2.2 crank and bits you need from the z22se costs? (thinking of donaring my engine into something else)

Over here it's 5.5k euro for a Z22SE crate engine. (no idea if it would miss peaces with that)

But according to the Saab WIS thingy, the pistons in the R are different (and 3 times the price of the E/L pistons). Exmantaa was told the later engines were all identical internally but without official confirmation of that, I'd rather have a proper R in case they are better.

That was speedster4fun (dutch, and exmantaa's mate), and his was a C20LET (iirc). 

But myself i am going for the harrop route on a stock B207R, with just some decent cams and a ported head.
