how much are these engines again ?
£714 from memory, plus ab it more for delivery and a bit more if you want starter motor or something. Go on Lee, you know you want to.

Lol, but I did get the inlet manifold left on, Did your engine have the vacuum pump on it ?? I think I will be using it ( vocky is the word) but don't tell anyone it's a secretI was about to kick off!

I'm going in head first I won't be using the inlet manifold I'm putting a SC on LolNot collected it yet. Ive asked for the inlet to be left on also. Should come with vacuum pipe as well. Im just going to let everyine try out different methods then go with the one that works.

I wouldn't bother unless its a simple bolt on. In my experience the standard setup is fine and higher vacuum doesn't give you any better braking experienceLol, but I did get the inlet manifold left on, Did your engine have the vacuum pump on it ?? thats the problem, it is a simple factory bolt on, plus it's cheaper to leave the vacuum pump in place
Seriously does anyone see a problem using the Saab brake vacuum pump, or will it be overkill

So do they all come with inlet manifold and brake vacuum pump automatically or do we need to ask for it?

I will be using vacuum pump as my brakes have suffered with hard brake pedal syndrome, a number of times and it's there and cheaper so it's a bargain and you don't need a cam blankthats the problem, it is a simple factory bolt on, plus it's cheaper to leave the vacuum pump in place Seriously does anyone see a problem using the Saab brake vacuum pump, or will it be overkill
