I contacted Neo two weeks ago refering to this groupbuy and they told me it was no longer on. Could buy a B207R for their Ebay price of 995,- ex VAT (1199 ish quid) they told me.

So I guess it's a nono unless someone can do their magic (on a new groupbuy??)

A new groupbuy would attrack more people if a " To-do" list would be available for the total conversion... (Yes, I would like to know as well. Got a nice list of things needed but apparently I'm missing things...)

You could try saabpartners, which the dutch guys used last year.

http://www.saabpartners.com/

That was also 1200 euro's total iirc, so you at least save on pound to euro, and maybe on transport.

Make sure to mention you need the bare engine, without inlet or outlet manifold.

basically it's similar to the saab B207, so probably about 350 -360 bhp before it throws a rod  :P

OK, thanks for the info. If there will be another group buy, I'm in. Otherwise, I'll continue collecting parts to my current engine. £1200 plus shipment equals a lot of parts :)
