Am I correct in saying that the m32 uses different inner boot to the f23, if so I have a brand new still in sealed bag oem kit that comes with grease, clips and boot that I no longer require. Can someone confirm they are different

Deffinitely different.  I have a brand new M32 boot in its box with all the gubbins if you want a swap?

Right guys as it seems we are not going to get the OEM boots anytime soon... We have a number of options: Aftermarket Sedona boot OEM Sedona boot Or Nsx OEM boot Mike cliffe reckons I should go Kia Sedona OEM (better quality than aftermarket ) so I think I will defo go OEM for best quality! What I was wondering is should I go for the honda nsx part my thinking was that it will be honda so hopefully stronger better quality is there any reason why people are going for the Sedona boot? Stuwy - did the honda boot look similar to the OEM? I'm guessing it fitted okay?

part numbers would help , just so the thread can be made definitive

We fitted the Sedona boot on mine at the weekend and so far so good.

OK, it is early days but trust me, I do put parts under pressure. Was a perfect fit too.

Cheers, Can't be arsed to check but that looks right :) On a bit of a side note (and I do realise this is a kiss of death ) I've now done seven or eight td's with the m32 and not split a boot yet and that's a personal record :tt:

Just to let everyone know, whilst ordering a set for myself, Autovaux let me know that they additional access to a small number of inner CV boots (GM part number 9197858) in the UK (1-2 day wait), and a few more on the Continent (5-7 day wait).

HTH anyone looking for some.

Off the top of my head, I think I paid circa £120 for 2 delivered. Edit: just checked, £128.12 for two.

About 700. Nearly. But it's sustained several cleanings.

Quality over quantity, I say!
