Even though it's a daily, I very rarely get any comments at all - I must be an unapproachable looking bastard.

Guy at the gas station today: "Aren't you a little bit young to get out of a car like that??" (I'm 33, but look like 25).

 

I got ID'd for fuel last year  I responded by pointing at the lonely bright green VX sat by pump number 8....... (I'm 26 but look 12)

 

 

..arent you a little old for a car like that...my mum (I'm 57 but acts like 17 )

I took my youngest son to his middle school leaving do in the VX, we were the first to arrive. Next arrived one of my son's friends in his uncle's TR6. Lots of other cars turned up, porsche jag ferrari limo etc but all of my sons friends stood around talking about the VX saying how they liked it.

 

Later on taking my son home he said all of his mates were saying how they liked the VX when the lad who turned up in the TR6 turned round and said:-

 

"Well! - it's only a vauxhall!"

before I bought my vx I was browsing at work one day ( in my dinner hour!) when a friend looked over my shoulder what's that - he said a vx220 - I said Oh yeah, that's an ugly version of the Elise isn't it ? :-(
