With recent talk of a revival in interest in an immersive 3D environment (where you wear a headset / goggles), its just a matter of time before you are actually in the game. GTA V sounds like it would be epic with such an set-up..

Found the Army base, well found the tanks guarding it. Anyone else thing the police are more hardcore than before?

so to summarize , its a bad driving game , plus a bit of fps , with some second life thrown in?

I think the police are tougher too. It takes a lot longer to lose a wanted level than before as well, I find. I'll have a look for the army base with tanks tonight, although I'd really like to take a fighter plane from the military base on the west coast.....!

It's a really bad driving game, I always need to start from scratch and can't play GTA and GT back to back successfully

got a couple of months before Ghosts is out, so for some online fun it might worth picking it up on xbox

I was planning on just having a quick hour on it last night but that turned into 3-4 hour session and I seem to have got nowhere into exploring the map but I got a few missions done,unlock a second playable character and had a round of golf and as others have said the cops are definitely harder to lose than any of the other gta games I have played.

I'm the only person who pre-ordered this, got it delivered on the 17th but am away from home until the 20th? The missus has said it's at home waiting to be played (fnarrrr). I've been reading ALL the reviews, walkthroughs etc this week. Can't wait to get home and play

I can trump that i don't even own a games console. Have played GTA in the past though and enjoyed it. I just don't have the attention span for games.
