Best exhaust manifold for an itb'd NA? I currently have a regal manifold.

At least a decent 4-2-1 manifold, or a long primary 4-1. And probably not too big a bore, as you need the exh gas speed for scavenging effect... 

(Only nothing readily available what comes close to this... )

My Tusudo has worked well for the price but it dose require mods to the 2-1 section and the bodywork.

TIG.  Easy enough.  The only tip I'd give is not to put too mcuh heat in.  Most stainless systems are welded not quite through the full thickness.  If you weld through fully you get furring unless you back gas.  I learned this the hard way :(

  Is vocky's a 4-1 or a 4-2-1?
Vockys is a 4-2-1 and it is looped after the manifold to increase the system length by over 1M. This is to improve midrange I think.

A good place to start with manifold dimensions is as follows: 490mm long primaries - 44mm, 490mm long secondaries - 55mm, collector 64mm.

Yep, some of them are quite complex due to the space. I have a twin silencer single exit pipe exhaust now.

If you are aiming for Hp you need to pulse tune Your hedder. Use the opening time BTDC for the exhaust cam. Determend primary length and use that number to make out the ID for tubing.

 

Here is my numbers 233 rwhp! 4-1 hedder,  3" Down to the catalyst, and 2,5" the rest. Primary is 2" tubing.

 

42 mm AT Power TBI.

Nice! Where did you get the manifold, bends and the collector?

 

Pulse tuning..... NA tuning is so much more fun than boosting :P
