I thought I'd go and spend my £25 voucher today at the above dealer. Asked for the price of a dipped beam switch, over forty notes!
I then asked how to redeem my £25 voucher and the fun began! He told me it could only be used in conjunction with work on my car through the Service Dept, then told me I could spend it on accessories, like mats. So I asked for a price of mats, and he then told me I couldn't use the voucher!
'Vauxhall told us this explicitly!'
Ok mate, bye then!

Cheers Tom, just swap the switch fronts then? I was just enquiring on the way through but £40? Really?!!!
@Wolfstone, I could tell he wanted to run a mile when he saw the card come out. He started to run when I said VX220!

Tried several dealers; I had to use the Basildon lot as other dealers said variously: "we aren't VX approved", "we aren't Masterfit", "we can only exchange for accessories"

Yeah, that's right, two tabs to take the cover off and swap them over.
