The middle section at the top either is flat (old style) or sticks out) new version.

No probs I can drop it at your parents of it's the older one otherwise it's a trip to Dunstable as the VX220 is Sorn'd until engine is done.

I've already bought it, just need to find some time to make one for myself!

You can use any 10 inch sub that has a 140 mm mounting depth or less. I went for this one: http://www.caraudioc...00f_p-22840.htm

It does, unfortunately I can't tell you what it's like yet but I'll post up when I know.

No you don't, but that's 1000watts peak (ie sustained for for .0025 of a second before becoming a smoking mess) 250watt RMS is plenty and a sensitivity of 90db is pretty good as well. So make sure you've got a decent amp and you'll get some good volume out of it.

(sorry Aimy, Dunk has been unofficially on the list waiting since about April!)

1. Nicol - shipped
2. Dunk - completed
3. Bumblebee - in progress

4.
5.

Anyone else interested in one. I doubt i'll be doing another run of these because they're a pain to mate together (most fibreglass parts bond to a flange, these need bonding end on then strengthening from the inside with fibreglass tape)

I'd need to make an entirely new enclosure which would be another 8 months given how long it took me the first time round ;) I'd be very surprised if the one isn't enough.

It'll be plenty, I've been running with one for 2 years now and it's great.

Just with the roof off and motorway speeds you'll start to loose the effect a bit :D Just turn it up more!

Can you put the seat all the way back with that one Ray? It looks quite deep.
