Just a little update,
engine is running strong got around 300 miles on the clock and carried out a oil and filter change nearly killed myself with coolant sent a few logging sessions to peter and a few fuel learn sessions,
idle is good even when icey outside but a little lumpy but i would expect this due to cams,
below 2000 RPM i am getting cam overlap which has got a little better with a good fuel learn session but i dont think i will eradicate it completely
Overall very happy and it pulls like a train

you require the same bolts as the z22se flywheel, just eight instead of six

Current state:
- Stock B207R engine, but head ported and flattened.
- ZZP LSJ stage 1 camshafts.
- Balancer shafts removed. - External crank trigger
- All pullys converted to 6 rib (With the TTV alternator pully being slightly bigger to avoid cooking it over 7200) - M62 with stock 3.35" pully. - 2" miltek
Finished last sunday, and got MOT'ed today.
Next steps over the course of the year:
- Run in this setup. - Get my tullett cat section chopped up for a removable empty pipe or cat section (for mot) - Put on a harrop. - Plug in the wideband - Get water injection installed.
Very happy with how the car runs.
The choice for balance shaft removal did seem to buy me a membership into this club though.
