My oil pump is with Vocky having the crank sensor and trigger wheel done. So guess I'm committed to 2 litre! Have the stage 2 comp cams and dbilas valve springs and Matt Bentley flywheel. Think I'm going to do electric water pump, balance delete on bottom end. Sticking with the m62 charger. Has anyone done an oil cooler rad in the ear rather than the coolant heat exchanger?

Little update on artic monkeys car after spending the weekend with him 😬 The 2.0 is suffering with high crank pressure So much so it blew the dip stick out and forced the oil out of the dipstick like a water fall The car is very quick approximately 330-340 hp On gear change the crank pressure is coming through the inlet manifold from the head as it should And is showing it self on gear change As a puff of smoke Unfortunately we were unable to to create a vacuume from the inlet pipe pre TB Which is probably why the crank pressure develops in the first place I've got some files I will post soon Just wondered if anyone else is suffering with anything similar

I have nearly the same hardware as Stuart. Only Stage 1 cams and 80mm pulley. I had no Problems with dip stick. My PCV works. Head PCV goes to free air. Try checking the oil level?

We did suspect high oil levels in the engine early in the day

so we dropped the oil and replaced it and filled the oil to half way up the markers on the dip stick, we still had the issue with the dip stick blowing out

which dip stick did you use and where do you fill it up to ??

we put in 5 litres after the oil change ( would expect there was still a bit of oil left in the car ) so maybe 5.5 litres in the car after oil change

Saab dipstick. Do you checked if the head outlet of the PCV is mayby clogged? I have no other idea why you have pressure?

What revs do you run and what's your approx power We had to reduce revs which helped with pressure

I just started to rise ignition. So the car is not finally mapped. I am on 7200 with 80mm pulley and 1,25 bar in 3 gear. Do not know the HP because i do not know the exact weight of my car. I believe 300-310HP

Please post if you find a solution. I will start making power next saison. But 75mm pulley is my absolute smallest pulley. I am afraid of blowing the Engine with a smaller pulley
