I have nearly the same hardware as Stuart. Only Stage 1 cams and 80mm pulley. I had no Problems with dip stick. My PCV works. Head PCV goes to free air. Try checking the oil level?
We did suspect high oil levels in the engine early in the day
so we dropped the oil and replaced it and filled the oil to half way up the markers on the dip stick, we still had the issue with the dip stick blowing out
which dip stick did you use and where do you fill it up to ??

we put in 5 litres after the oil change ( would expect there was still a bit of oil left in the car ) so maybe 5.5 litres in the car after oil change

What revs do you run and what's your approx power We had to reduce revs which helped with pressureSaab dipstick. Do you checked if the head outlet of the PCV is mayby clogged? I have no other idea why you have pressure?
