And the HPT log of the same MAHA run; Peaked at 7623rpm in 5th gear... (logger flatlined above 255)

Not sure how those MAHA rollers measure power/torque applied onto the rollers and if you should/can correct the measured power if the calculated engine rpm is a bit off...

Another 2.0 + Harrop 80mm on the same MAHA  rollers => Speedster4fun's Z20NET (=B207) engine with HPTuners.

Will look for his engine specs at that time, but the rpm reading was a bit off and so was the power. Basically he had the same specs as my engine, minus the cams and minus balancers, but he had a decat 2,5" downpipe and maybe water injection there.

(run in 5th gear; doing 270Km/h on the rollers    :D ):

hpt logs look good, although WB sensor not working?

WB not connected during that run, but the dyno AFR sensor indicates that his (road tuned) mixture was spot on 0.8 Lambda.

Hope I have some engine data of my run tonight.

PS; we really should think of another format/section to document these engine conversions and powerplots, as this becomes too much info for 1 posting. A special tune/power section where each conversion has it's own "topic"? But best is then maybe some sort of prescribed format to keep the postings comparable..

Just cluttering this thread a bit more with the dyno plot and 2 HPT log plots of that run, White line marks the  engine data points on the left. (And know I see why my AFR was a bit strange in the lower rpms, as he only gave it full throttle above 3.5K where I get my full power enrichment of11.8AFR):

and the same logplot showing data @ 6100rpm where some knock started:

@ Frank

You reached a high number hp regarding the big 80mm pulley

but i am suprised that high power is reached at 6900 RPM

My Harrop makes full Power at 7300 RPM and still rises ( my limiter is normally on 7000 )

but i am suprised that high power is reached at 6900 RPM

My Harrop makes full Power at 7300 RPM and still rises ( my limiter is normally on 7000 )

As you see I had knock @6100rpm, which retarded my ignition a bit and therefore lowered the power output up top. But that knock was right after my max torque peak, so I probably cannot make anymore torque/power at that point. (Without different fuel and/or water injection. But the AFR mixture does have a small effect on the burn rate...)

Ignition was 15.5° advance at max torque and after the 2 x knock retard it climbed back up again to 12.5°. I can set a bit less advance and lower the torque peak there, which then shifts the power peak to the right, but that's only because less power is made before that rpm...

My MAP value is still flatlined around peak torque @ 219KPa, what indicates that exhaust back pressure is still not very restrictive there. But above that rpm, MAP starts to slowly climb up, probably due to my 'small-ish' 2,5" system + 300cpi cat.

Both together makes that it peakes a bit earlier than expected and right after that peak the run was stopped. And I assume that the type of Dyno measurement and drag calculations also make a difference in the curve shape. This was a double roller MAHA testrig.

PS; the torque curve should also be fatter left of that knick @4K rpm, as at that point I finally got full throttle. B)

I will move these graphs over to my yellow project thread, as it becomes a bit too specific. Will make a plot of my current ignition, but the HPTuners table will be a slightly different format than OBDTuner.
