How much does one of those weight? Looks heavy and sounds like a +50kg of extra weight inc. watercooler setup?

...also looks like a bunch of fast folks are gonna fly the Dutch mountains...  lol

Nahhh, a 1.32l blower is already huge on a 2.0l engine. Some folks in the US are/were working on a TVS1900, but that is a dead end and not much progress there. An SC simply does not really like to make lots of boostpressure, so we just need a bigger cup to fill; 88mm bore and 94.6mm stroke.  :thefinger: (And that still fits under the standard hood...)
What pulley have you bought for the harrops Frank

These are all on the 80mm pulley

That depends on what year 2.4 you have, as the early ones seemingly had forged rods and stronger pistons. Later years got the weaker powder-metal rods etc.

Its a 2013 engine from the date stamp, so not one of the early ones unfortunately.. Pistons are the same coated cast versions I understand, just weaker rods..

Hoping to put the car back together this week, and do another quick test.

May need your help if the transient is the cause of my poor idle.

Good stuff Stefan
Have you got it mapped yet

After a long journey of cracked manifold, software problems and issues with my basemap, it's drivable.

Posted Image

Stil long road ahead on mapping, but at least this is what i expected from my 3.1" pully on basemap in the cold.

Cut off should be at 7500 rpm. No idea why and what it's doing that at 7100.
