Interested in how much power you put on the ground (not the stated 213 whp obviously..).
Should organise another Dutch dyno day

We should organise that yeah.
Power to the wheels is always a bit tricky on that MAHA dyno with the twin rollers. Not too bad on a straight solid axle, but the VX/Speedster with quite some toe-in and loaded with 2 people on the back create quite some loss there.
(Chill; 2.5" graph is 1 page back. Need to overlay the graphs and compare the logged MAP pressures.)

Is that usable with the 2.5" run cut off at 6800?

Looks like a bock stock B207 (gen 1) foam cast press-sleeve engine block to me...
Maybe you are confused because on that pic the headgasket is lying on top of the sleeves??
The B207's do not have the reinforced cast-in sleeves. You need a 2012 sandcast "Gen 3" (actually gen 2.5) for that ands the right versions are all DI-VVT type engines.

Yes.
i think the B207 are gen 2
which is not good
and for this reason i am not going to be pushing any further with a smaller pulley

Water injection working it's magic I see?
Should update my profile too. This was my MAHA dyno run in october last year (2nd run after 1st had wheel slip and I asked to run it straight into the limiter @8K.) After this I have worked on ignition timing and it's now closer to 360 with more torque spread, but needs water injection to keep this power on hot track days.
Stock 2.0 B207/SLJ bottom end though :
