i would like a set stage 2 cams for saab engine just can't be assed to sit on pc all day waiting to see if they have a deal on them.

if anyone buys a set and wants to buy two ill go halfs on postage etc and pay you straight away.

worth a try.

Robin,

I'd be happy to do this if I manage to get them - no promises. What happens if I miss out on a deal - and what do you class as a 'deal' though?

PM me with details of exactly what you want (I think it's same as me) and what your cutoff limit is for discount (ie has to be at least 15% off or better for you to want to go ahead etc) and we can sort.

And if it works you can do me a good deal on your clam louvres!

Compcams - stage 2 supercharged LSJ cams -  http://shop.zzperfor...mance-Cams.aspx

Spring won't be essential as I'm only using M62 charger with a rev max of less than 7500

Really?

Maybe only better for keeping 2.0 as it's meant to be 'revvier'* then

*yes that is a technical term :D

supertech double valve springs are optional for either the 2.0 or 2.2 builds, it really depends if you like to rev your engine high or not.

I love the 7900rpm limiter on mine, but others prefer a sub 7000rpm engine.

The choice is yours  :P

I've had a 7500rpm rev limit on standard valve springs on mine for the last 3 years, with no ill effects despite meeting the limiter all too often. Would prefer to have had my old 7250rpm limit though, as that felt safer.

Well I decided to get up at 6am, hoping what we needed wouldn't appear in the first hour.

Plus, the Mrs gets up then; thought it'd be a bit rude to get up at 5am and disturb her when she's tired enough at the moment getting up (at 6am), working all day and then coming home to look after me at the moment.

So looks like my plan wasn't too foolhardy, since it seems the stuff that's come up so far hasn't been what we want. Sods law the stuff we want will be middle of the night (friday night)...

Oh, and site is working now right? Got Facebook and Twitter open to keep an eye on what's being put on sale.

I also think you some how disconnected the brake lights on that Elise so you could put yourself in hospital and get black Friday off.
