Hi Matt,

Website looks good and I certainly intend to use you in the not to distant future for a service based on feedback from Harry Hornet. It maybe useful to provide some further information on what each of your service levels include for the VX. They appear to be very competively priced so it would be good to let people see what they will be getting for each level of the service.

Also noticed the book now lines on lotus section don't appear to do anything at the moment. The addition of opening times would be useful on the contact us section (apologies if already there and I cant see them!)

Cheers

Matt's opening times are pretty fluid to be honest, ie. pretty much anytime of the day!

Just like to add, some geo setups seem better value until you get there. I have had the pleasure of being quoted £245 for ride height, toe, camber and corner weights. only to be told the labour for getting the rusty parts free was extra, 4 hours at £70 an hour I think it was. Just to top it off once the original wow factor of the percieved increased turn in wore off I found it to be pretty poor and did better myself with a home made string rig and a ruler.

On the other hand I am quite happy to pay a premium for a properly set up car, I believe the difference appart from knowing what they are doing is the time taken to get it right, yes camber shims etc are going to give x amount of camber so should be fairly easy to get very close at least without repeated measuring but I know how easy it is to move the toe 0.5mm when tightening the lock nuts. also trying to translate an owners percieved wants into actual wants could be very tricky I feel.

Thanks for that. You're right, a geo costs the price of the geo. Whatever it takes till it is set right.

Yeah would love to see what the service levels include on each car. As all we can do is make assumptions. The front page is very minimalist but does look like a typical photography website. So the menu should not be hidden and always visible as this then makes it clear what you do. Men hidden in the corner may elude some not familiar with the web so frustrating them..
