Had a great day today. Great to meet so many fellow vxers. Shame very few of the other drivers bothered to take any notice of the blue flags and couldn't move over and lift off. Generally poor etiquette all day - not sure why. Will edit and upload some video footage over the weekend.

Mbes - great pics, thanks!

Who was running the day?

Opentrack. I spoke to the organisers at lunchtime about blue flags being ignored (important in an NA) and he suggested they would spend more time talking about it at future track day - great, that was helpful.!

For some reason i thought this was tomorrow, hope everyone had a good day!

I don't use Opentrack anymore, I've used them many many times in the past and had some great days with them, but over the past couple of years i think they have seriously gone down hill with their organisation, also the standard of driving with them has really dropped off (I assume this is as they represent great value for money days which attracts all sorts as a result) I let a few problems i had with them over two different days go, but earlier this year I done one at brands hatch which was full of problems from start to finish not to mention over 50cars booked onto a evening session. I did try to speak to David on the day as he always use to be very interactive with everyone on his days but he was too busy to get a moment with, I also sent a polite email, but never heard anything back. So no more opentrack days for me  thumbsdown

I've done half a dozen or so days with them and never had a problem. Look forward to seeing if they have a boxing day sale again this year!

Guess i fit in with the cheap crowd.

The black VX in the picture outside the garages looks good!

Started a little slow as mentioned but overall a good day, standard of driving was appalling.

I have some footage.
