Black anodised with 4 black screws is my choice, but excuse my ignorance here - without the screws how do they fix on? Would like to see a pic if possible..? Thanks.

Added K5h4w at 5 for Silver with 4 screws, would have liked the one with the guides but couldn't find any links in the thread & I think I was waiting for a reply to how it fitted, as I once saw one where the owner had his centre console loose to allow the console to move as he put it in gear & wondered if it had been perfected?
