trigger wheel is only suitable for 2.0 engines  :P

ETA: Does the bracket fit over or under the water pump cover?

The bracket I have drawn fits on top of the pump cover.... can make it without the center hole.....doesn't mather to me...will probably be a little bit heavier.... due to material thickness.... :tumble: and You loose the option to shim it up, if You dont want to machine the pulley....I let the guru's decide.... :drink:

just rechecked again and can confirm 55 degrees for the notch and the sensor location is 75 degrees ATDC :)

 

the crank pulley was loose on the crank  :blush:

Went extensively through this subject with Stig and this drawing looks OK, (This 55* ATDC is also mentioned in the GM Compression Sence document and confirms what we measured on a Z22SE) 

Off course you can move the sensor to anywhere you want, as long as you keep this 55* trigger clocking in the TDC position... :happy:

Trigger wheels has been sendt to the UK, Brackett on hold due to some unfortunate circumstances...
