Mine's exhausted any love I ever had. :D

Actually, given the number of exhausts I've been through, that might actually be true. :beat:

They sound better than a stock one from my limited experience. If you buy them for noise then you have strange priorities though! Actually the little b16b in my honda sounds excellent for a four pot - I guess the xe is the closest Vauxhall equivalent. I came very close to tbing the silver cat but the usual sale thread shenanigans put an end to it.

Loved the sound of the b16a2 in my old civic vti. That was a brilliant little engine. Actually, compared to the z22 even the cast iron SOHC 2.4 block in our people carrier (mitsubishi 4g69) sounds good and has a higher specific output!

it's got to sound better than an asthmatic cat in a dust storm of a z20let corsa!

I know it's not going to be as rev happy or have the top end without a lot of work and cash but with the right exhaust im hoping its going to be ok and not a let down?

I don't dis like z20lets, its just they are more common in the corsa c than the z18xe they left the factory with.

anyone would think Vauxhall built one. oh wait, they did..........................

The problem with YouTube videos is the sound compression or what the microphone picks up... If I had gone with just videosi would have never gone sc...
