Strange one, you wait forever then 2 come out at once  I will probably be getting it. What are the main differences/improvements?

Is this the first time in GT history they will actually hit a release date?

I'll be buying it. I'm looking forward to it, I've owned them all.

Had a little play last night, not overly impressed by the menus and stuff, but the driving dynamics and stuff seem pretty spot on and the graphics are brilliant. Nearly saved up enough to buy a VX  How are you finding it Lewis?

I do like it. I use the driving force gt wheel and it's great with that however if the cars start to slide a bit too much then it's almost impossible to catch it. Think evo magazine did a review and said they could catch drifts etc with the pad but struggled with a wheel. The AI seams better with cars moving off the racing line to block you on the straights or braking zones.

thumbsup so far.

Yeah, one thing I noticed was a big improvement on the AI, you can bully/panic the car ahead into mistakes by driving really close which is neat, plus they are more defensive as you say. I am still using the Jazz, so not much to go on for slides other than understeer can be dialled out on the throttle and it feels quite realistic in doing so. Only had one shot of a RWD and it was in arcade mode in an M3 GTR thing, found it really hard to control once it started to slide, but that was before I configured the controller to my liking. It was an epic tank slapper though, about 6 back and fourths before binning it  The in car view is really useable too for a change and really nicely detailed thumbsup

Loving the Goodwood hill climb events! Get your licenses done, there is a seasonal event for the BMW M4 which you can win plus loads of cash.Think you need the National A license to compete.

That is tonight's task I reckon, unlocked the licence part last night, only played it for an hour. Need more time to play it, spent too long in the mickey mouse driving world that is GTAV

I've bought a VX on it - supercharging isn't a tuning option, someone hasn't done their research!

Turbo'd NA is faster than a tuned Turbo going by previous games ;) I might have bought one too...

Enjoying it so far.

I seem to be having a bizarre issue though, each time I do the Goodwood hillclimb in the BMW 507, I set a gold time and then it goes to the loading screen and just stays there playing music, I have to crash out of the game if I want to continue playing. Very weird.

Had an hour this morning. Still very impressed by the physics of the game, especially the transition from understeer to oversteer, feels quite real. Disappointed that the VX still has a silhouette interior though thumbsdown
