I have a set of winter tyres in excellent condition I used on my old VX Turbo. Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D 225 45 17 with 5mm left Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D 185 50 17 with 6mm left I can email pictures. No punctures or repairs. I used these on the standard wheels when I was using the VX as my only car in Scotland and found them amazing. The fronts are run flats (all that's available in that size) and are therefore a bit heavier than standard which does remove a bit of steering feel (makes it lighter), but if you need to be out in all weather, it's a million time more enjoyable than the standard tyres. Going up hills in a VX that some 4x4's can't manage is one of the best feelings you can get! £200 for the set delivered if anyone is interested.

Would've had these off you 2 weeks ago but got sorted now. Do you find them really terrible in 'normal' conditions? My Bridgestone lm25 are terrifying me at the moment - 4 wheels drifts at 15mph on roundabouts!

I found them to be excellent. Not as much feedback as you get from summer tyres maybe but the grip was really good even when dry. I'd def recommend Dunlop winter sports - have just purchased a set for my BMW and found them to be really good on it too.

I bought them in December 2010 and used them in winter 2010 and winter 2011. By 2012, I was using the VX as a second car so didn't use them. They've been stored on shelves in my garage, so absolutely no cracks or anything - rubber is in great condition. Happy to email you pics if you like.

Meant to say, fronts were £189 each new and rears £170 each, so not cheap!
