Due to my car being up for sale, I no longer require my TD's

They are professionally powder-coated in Matte Black and all wearing Toyo R888's

Fronts - 195/50 ZR16

Rear - 225/45 ZR17

All wheels are balanced and ready to go.

1 front NS wheel has taken a curb (viewable in picture)

They all have around 3mm left and are evenly worn as you can see in the pictures.

According to Ebay theses wheels go for £600 brand new and £1240 with R888's so I'd say £600 with the R888's is a good deal.

Collection will be from Rayleigh, Essex

Pictures to follow.

Hi Ben,

I'll await to see if someone will snap these up who can collect first.

If not then yes I'm willing to post abroad but you'll be second in line as I've already been contacted about sending these abroad.

Regards,

Tyler

Are the wear markers on r888 3mm as most are 1.6mm?

Not a clue, but I know they only come with 6mm from new.

I think what Dashwood was getting at was that you may want to get the tread depths properly measured as they look to be on the wear markers meaning the tyres are no road legal, 7th picture down, certainly looks like that tyre is shot

Got a tyre depth gauge on order, so can correctly say how much is left

I dont usually put my nib in on for sale threads but those tyres are practically dead, i run r888's all the time and when they get as low as yours they are only useful on the track in the dry. Anyone who buys these expect new tyres in about 1000 miles, if that. New vs old so you can see how much tread there is http://i904.photobuc...DA32DF863A4.jpg

Fair comment, I'll soon know what tread is actually left and I'll update accordingly

Not being funny but there is a group buy on here and they are 452 a set of 4!!! The tyres are as good as bald. Plus they need a refurb. I'll give you £300 for them as they are and collect tomorrow.

Oh well, that saved me sending a pm offering the same, if the tyres were in better condition I would be offering a bit more. I'm no expert but that price is far too high Ps thanks to the posters above who pointed out the tyre wear, if not for that I would have bought these.

Well isn't that fantastic. You've got the tyre depths in the pictures above. You could have checked them out before PM'ing me also

Lol in rereading that it does sound like I'm being shitty, wasn't meant like that mate. I've been watching these since the first post was put up and I was toying with them. Your bump today got me thinking about a cheeky offer. Good luck with your sale

Tbf I have to agree, with the current group buy £300 doesn't seem that far off the mark, the tyres hold virtually no value.
