Not only did the policy go up year after year

the most recent quote was £250 pound more than from another company

But they still took money from my account after I had emailed and telephoned to cancel policy

SCUM BAGS !

Avoid

Happy new vxer's

I was with them for years before getting the vx but they were completely uncompetitive on the vx so I switched away. I think there quote for an NA was something like £800! I ended up getting it for £330 with greenlight.

I got a quote from them and the price was ridiculous. Would not entertain them...ever.

How things change so quickly. 6 months ago they were the cheapest to quote for mine.

I'm with them for the second year in a row. The likes of CCI etc couldn't get close with all mods listed. Downside is no track cover built in. No complaints.

They've always quoted me outrageous prices until last year which was more reasonable but they still couldn't beat classicline. Now that I've reached the magic number we'll see if that makes a difference or not

Classicline was my choice. So much cheaper than anywhere else.

I should have added above that those quotes were for last year. Now going through insurance renewal 'fun' again. Quotes seem random...

  • Renewal with greenlight:- £339 and trackdays can be added for £45 a time
  • Classicline- £865 (WTF?)
  • CCI (inc 5 track days):- £433 (but excess is high at £500)
  • 1Answer - still waiting for a reply after first speaking to them on Friday!
  • Best on GoCompare (No mods enterred):- £330

So CCI are winning at the moment but was surprised at classicline. They obviously don't like me.

I was on/off with Flux over several years then ditched them for good as they say they can beat any quote, but every time the renewal is due its a battle with them over there increased pricing. I am with Aviva and it costs me only £90 f/comp for 5k miles/year and £200 excess on 2nd car policy.

I am with them this year. Found them really competitive (mods declared). First year so not had the joy of a renewal yet.
