Hmm is this with a 2.9" pulley? If so is this not a little low or am I wrong?

I'm going with the word conservative Joe Looking at earlier posts (was it smiley) it seems in line with what can be expected from the 2-litre

325 BHP is plenty Graeme, the key thing is to get/keep it on the road/track and enjoy it IMO. Come on a Welsh dawn run with the SW'ers and you will return with a huge smile on your face. 180 miles of driving nirvana and you will forget all the sweat and tears!

Depends slightly on the cut off of course.

Let's wait for the graph. That should show it.

I still think the manifold is strangling the car Do you have anymore info on the rest of setup GL ie Injectors compression pump etc etc

Injectors are 630cc Matt Bentley is needed to confirm compression ratio as he specced the forged Pistons after calculating what was needed Fuel pump is OEM in tank as a lifter and I think a 044 after that.

To be fair this isnt the complete development on the car and map, but for now it allows me to move on and progress with the rest of the project. Maybe next year, once I've had a summers worth of use I'll go for more

Possibly a big factor here is the dyno (don't think we've got anything to compare it to there). You might instantly get another 30bhp elsewhere (though you might get less :D ), so who knows what it is, in reality. The best bit is, it's made and survived a few runs.

Yeah not sure if bills was on this dyno (jamsport) or the one he used to use (1320 mini) And yes, I'm soooooooo looking forward to driving the thing. Realise that'll be a whole off yet. I'm budgeting 2 months for paint and 1 month to finish interior trim. I'm hoping I'm being generous... Just in time for my wedding, and to put it away for winter. Spring next year should be fun

Can you not get the interior done whilst your car is at the painters to save time?

it's basic maths, well probably

the 2.0 is roughly a 9% smaller engine then the 2.2, so as a very rough guide you should expect 9% less power. The 2.2 Harrop with similar parts would be roughly 350 bhp, take away 9% and you get 325 bhp  :P

Yes I know that is total crap way of working it out, but I did say it's a very rough guide  :thefinger:

350 x 0.91 = 318.5bhp ;) I think it was insider knowledge
