I have a picture on my instagram I'd like to share on here

I no longer have it on a computer or card

 

when it ask me if I want to embed it I get this

how do I put that in a post ???

I think the best you can do is the link: http://instagram.com/p/W3zwVtuq5z# Otherwise a screen grab eg with Snipping Tool and save as a new image.
