Found out today that it’s advanced to grade4, which about as bad as it gets for brain cancer.
Oncologist gave a prognosis of “months not years†which seems to tie in with the google searches I’ve done. GBM4 has google results of 14.6m.
She needs to get physically stronger ASAP so that she can start Chemo in 2 weeks.
But what the medium/long term future holds? Genuinely no idea.
None put anything on Facebook yet, I mean what do you post?

Been a tough few days. Alex still finding it tough physically, having to use a stick etc. I’ve had to make a few adjustments around the house, support frames in toilets, handrails in shower etc.
Really not something you should have to do in a house where the occupants are all under 40, still if it helps her then we’ll try it.
Girls are finding it tough at times, but they are wonderful little girls who are trying to be helpful but at times the “why do I always have to empty the dishwasher†of the usual child comes through
Aiming for 13th for the next appt when hopefully her blood count will be high enough to begin chemo...

Just picked up on this thread, really sorry to hear about this Lee, beyond comprehension for us who have no understanding of what it must be like to live it.
Hope it all goes as well as it can for you all and hope for better news.
