Cheers packs for taking me out was well impressed how well it pulled very quick car didnt realise how good stage 2 is. Nice motor aswell ;-)

The VXR in the Vauxhall heritage centre is probably what you are after. I'm sure Graeme Lambert said they were trying to punt their two VX220's a few years back....

LY01 sold for £15k and the VXR is still there afaik.

My theory:

The real speedlines were made in a very limited batch of 100 sets iirc. (65 for the cars, and 35 went to Thorney)

Only thing I can think of is that Vauxhall was somehow forced to use the wheels from nr1 on a customer car, as there was no way they could get their hands on originals anymore.

 

it´s not a showstopper Tooshy. If you twist an arm or 2 here on .org, you can get your hands on an original set. :D

Turboluca i wouldnt mind a stage 4 i bet there a handfull. Got taken out in a stage 2 vx220 and it went really well! The vxr suite the speedlines really well.

<Cough> Stage 3 Calypso VXT with nearly all the right black bits <ahem> and Compomotives that <ahem> look like Speedlines.. <cough> Could pass for a VXR..

Struts if I didn't have my heart set on a vxr I would of came and had a look at yours looks a nice example surprised it hasn't sold yet!!
