Hi - Are there any pics with the kit fitted?  Is it visible or does it blend in?  My VX is black and the front looks like the sky at night with all the stone chips.  Would love to get it sorted and protected.

Hey,

The material is extremely clear, you will see a slight line at the edges but from anything more than 2 feet away it's very faint. Unfortunately it's rather hard to take a photo and have the seems show up. I have a few though and will upload them tonight for you to see.

Thanks Pexley, these look like they're on my list.  Need to get the paint sorted first then protect it.

Morning all,

Sorry for the delay to everyone, I had to fly away with work at very last minute and completely dropped the ball on some things.

Back today so starting to sort everything out now. Everyone will have whats outstanding by the end of this week. If there's anyone I haven't replied to, please PM.

All kits are now with everyone, I need to collect some material this week so if anyone needs one, now is an ideal time to add it to the order.

Mine arrived last week and fitted it today.

Headlights went on without issues, however the front clam bonnet bit was nearly impossible to fit.

Even after it fitted OK with some gaps, some bubbles were impossible to remove.

I think that because of the V shape of the grill, a two part or a notch migh have been easier?

Also read online that alcohol solution should be used when applied.

Four hours later more bubbles appeared, so rather than risk it, I just removed it it and kept the headlights.

I think that the stickers showing location too should be easier to remove as well.

Not big waste of £ but not 100% satisfied that this is a simple project.
