Odd, there's nothing on my CSV export of addresses, however the website is very clunky so it doesn't surprise me too much.

My Hermes have a working website again, next batch will go tomorrow, those of you in the batch should get emails with tracking details.

Mine arrived this Friday. The box was smashed to pieces in the delivery but the glasses survived without a scratch.
