Hello All

 

Well after seven years away i think its high time it got another VX.

 

In 2006 i bought a perfect coral blue 2004 VX turbo stage 1 for 14k. My God i loved that car, so much so i may of shed a tear when i remodeled it with the help of a fence one very greasy day in 2007.

 

However i think it may be time to try again.

 

Im looking for a vx220 turbo

 

My dream car would be another coral blue one. Standard or Tastfully modfied is good, maybe all the way up to stage 4.

 

I seemed to have missed the perfect car in febuary as rob999 has already sold his!

 

Anyone know of one? Or can i tempt anyone with a hassle free sale?

You would be better deciding now whether you want  std/stage2/4 wouldn't you ?

If you know you definitely want a stage 4 you can save a ton of cash by buying a reliable example at that spec already ?

You make a good point, I would ideally like a stage 3 or 4. I know however there are lots of boxes to tick in order to build a reliable balanced car. I think some research will be needed to ensure I get a sorted one.

Checking back through the things that have sold recently it seems rob999's vx would have been perfect. Typically I'm a month late!

a day of trawling the internet has returned limited resuslts, seems finding a straight car stage 4 with all the recipts may be challenging.

 

It take i need to be avoiding random modded cars that just quote bhp without the tuning history to back them up?

 

one black one is claiming 300+bhp and they 16k for it!

 

on the upside i have had "the" chat with the wife and that went quite well  :0)

After a long chat with turboluca I'm looking for a stage four to start with I think. The search continues.
