More or less lost last week due to a major infection in my jaw I've got some sorted, I have a managed list at work so I'll contact the relevant folks from Monday

I have ONE special offer, one of bonanza, fully wired up cheater to a sensor plug so its just a case of plugging it in and mounting the resistor some where sensible... £32.50 to the first to claim it. After that its back to the normal DIY install oned, of which there are 6. As said I have a list here of people but the three I pm'ed 24 hours ago havent responded and of course that leaves 3 more to go too.

4 available, if you wish to have a connector fitted to make it super easily plug and play, then you will need to supply the connector and cable from an old Lambda sensor as I have no more of those.

I don't suppose you have any of your bonanza special offer fully wired cheater plugs available?!

not got any fully wired, just the "usual" ones, unless you want to send me the connector and cable etc

Can the connectors be bought separate from some source to send to you?

possibly, I cant recall which ones they are, but they are probably a derivative of an econoseal etc. I'll do some more digging.
