Isn't the PCV the hole in the head between the two middle inlet ports? The inlet gasket blocks it off unless you cut the inlet gasket?

Blocking up those three holes would be a bad idea. Those are the channels between cam cover and crank case and filling them in would definitely pressurise the crank case if you've got any kind of blow-by issue.

No problem il stick to blocking the middle one. Will sealant be ok something like tiger seal or should I use rev sealant or evo weld? I noticed my cam cover gasket rubber is quite hard on the edges and soft on the outside is this normal?

I decided a while ago to recreate the factory PCV on my car.

Because the inlet manifold phenolic spacer had blanked off the original B207 cylinder head breather hole I drilled and tapped the cam cover instead and fitted a small brass take off with an internal 1.5mm hole. I then used some 3mm silicone hose to connect that to a replacement brake servo one way valve - with a small take off, astra / vectra etc.

Next job was to badger Joe to get me an LSJ cam cover breather hose

This was a simple job to fit as it's OEM, so two bolts onto the cylinder head, a M6 stud and nut on the cam cover for the metal support and the hose fitted straight into my throttle bodies air filter, it will need a little tweak but I can report after two hours blasting about today not a single drop of oil or oil mist was present in the air filter housing  :D

crappy yellow squiggles = LSJ breather

crappy red squiggles = vacuum supply to cam cover

I'm going to bring this up again would like to get peoples opinions on these 3 options I am now using pump for brake vacuum do I have the option of using the vacuum from supercharger 1. Connect the cam cover direct to the super charger. 2. Connect the cam cover to catch tank with a breather and empty regular, 3. As above but use the drain from catch tank back into engine through the turbo return which we blocked up on the b207s 4. Or if non of the above is a option do as vocky suggested and mod the cam cover. I'm getting a lot of oil out of cam cover so need to relieve the crank pressure

OK, then I would run a hose from the cam cover to before the TB, to keep normal PCV working. But maybe better to stick a decent catch can in between the cam cover hose. Preferably with a drain back to the sump, but I think you then also need a one-way valve in the drain line.

Is it a good idea to pressurise a catch tank

The tank shouldn't be pressurised if its connected into the inlet pre-throttle as that just leads to the filter.

But under full throttle applications I would get a vacuum which would/ should pressurise the tank And pull from cam cover

Ah yes, it will be under vacuum at some points.  Should be fine as long as its not a coke can.

My next question, is that enough vacuum under high loads to remove crank pressure

Err can I ask what may seem a daft question, but could the dip stick tube be modified to give a bit of extra vent?
