I just need a n/s, any chance they could be posted to different places if we cover costs?

Yes, that's no problem.

Anthony , arrête de rêver. Tu es sur un forum anglophone alors écrit en anglais si tu veux pouvoir être compris par tout le monde.

Sinon, la procédure c'est d'envoyer un PM (en anglais ) à GMS.

For the others, here is what Anthony said above:

Hi,

My  name is Anthony , i'm french and i drive an Opel Speedster.

I've lost the lens of my RH rear light and i'd like to purchase the ones you have for sale.

Thank you in advance for your reply

Thanks for great feedback guys. Just be careful choosing the paint for the edges, because most of the paints affect the plastic. The plastic becomes brittle. We use glass primer, which is used for windscreen bonding. Maybe you will find a better solution for this. Good luck!

Just make sure it's paint for plastic. I guess it'll still look gloss through the lens.

Lenses are still available at £80 per set plus postage (one set is with smoothed and painted edges and ready to fit £100). I am going abroad tomorrow, so if anyone interested please send a PM today and I will post them tomorrow morning.

This rear lens cover - and the front lenses available are the kind of superb product that can avoid a VX being unnecessarily written off. Insurance companies WILL pay for a lamp repair if they are fed the opportunity, which is important when a pair of tail lamps is the thick end of a Grand, and one front one the same. What i'm getting at i suppose is - f you want the lens finished to o.e.m. standard when they are being made to a racer's basic requirement, then finish them off yourself or get a specialist repairer to build the lamp for you, it will still be cheaper thatn Vauxhall's answer. In fact when I enquired about an O/S tail lamp for a client's car last week I was advised that the N/S one was going obsolete, not just back order. Peter

Use butyl tape, unless you want the plastic to crack.
