I got an MOT failure as you can't have both , only harness OR 3 point
Are you sure your MOT guy didn't get that wrong? Mine has never had any problems with both types installed.

My dad's Noble has Harnesses and seatbelt
Can be done in a VX as well.
That's how i have it.
Actually using the exact same kit as Amy has.
Me too. Here's a pic of what looks like with both installed.
As I said earlier, I push the shoulder harnesses thought the holes and secure them behind the seats. The two hip sections lie down the side of each seat when I'm travelling to/from track days, or I spend some time to rotate them and secure them behind the seats if I have no track days planned.

Thats pure sex for me Aimy. Saw those up for sale myself and almost wished my car was yellow for a second....
Personally I think they look awesome - very envious!

If he checks the harnesses as part of the MOT then the date stamp comes into play and on the VXR I had one set only had two years left from what I can remember ever though they are like new. Strange a harness has an expiry date yet the standard belt can last foreverNot had a problem with mine either. Simply push the harnesses out of the way and use belts on the road. My MOT guy told me that if I took out the seat belts then he'd check the harnesses as part of mot. Apparently it's up to you to prove to the mot tester that they are adequate. Sounds like a dodgy fail to me
