Finally fitting my VSE... NOW!... Keeping standard (OEM / stock) cat & pre-cat (drilling out pre-cat).

 

Need to mail-order ALL new stainless nuts & bolts (PRONTO). Much conflicting info on here & can’t make head-nor-tail of TIS.

 

Can ya’ll please advise on definitive list of nuts & bolts (or I’ll be in world of pain as no local supplier & up on blocks).

 

May as well replace ALL nuts & bolts whilst under… heat shields & brackets etc. please add to list.

 

Closest  (definitive) list I’ve found is (JG’s):

1x M8 bolt 20mm[/font]
3x M10 manifold nuts (not 100%sure on size)….

Also... struggling to find sizes for "exhaust clamps" (link 1). Mine are knackered so can't measure size + they are of a shape I've not seen before (more familiar with those on blue background, link 2).

Figured it all out, for future ref:

 

Manifold to pre-cat = 3x M10 nuts.

Pre-cat to u-pipe = 3x M8 25 mm bolts, 3x washers, 3x nuts.

Exhaust "hangers" = 4x M6 30mm bolts, 4x washers (for 2x "hangers").

Exhaust "clamps" = 2x 46mm.
