Compared to a 28k honda'd exige this is a lot of car for the cash. My civic stands me at a lot of cash now...I can see how race-prep adds up!!

Just so it's not just Mike talking about how good this car is. He let me have a go at Croft and even taking it easy (as I didn't want to crash it) within 5 laps I had equaled my fastest time at Croft in my VXT. Once you get to know the car and drive it with gusto, any car short of a slick shod Radical won't be able to touch you.

Just been driven by Jamie Stanley who is a British GT racer and Lotus hotshot and he described the car as epic and a real weapon.

 real weapon.

I dunno why but the use of that term to describe a car always makes my teeth itch.

I agree, but it was a quote. I would have settled for " My goodness, that car is really rather good" .

It's a lot of car for the money, that's for sure. Particularily if you consider that a new NA cost more than this 12 years ago.

Had a short run in it yesterday. Its a LOT of car. Acceleration was v good but sort of expected (I have a stage 4 tubby) but the braking beyond comprehension.

No.

Oh, so presumably his brake pedal went down a fair bit more to compensate for the larger combined surface area of the pots ?
