I've got one of these (or a very similar one) in the VX, works well and plugs into the OBD, not the most advanced, but does what is needed from a HUD.

Or if your really fancy get one of these, works for more than just a HUD, you will need to find a speed app tho :P

The satnav on my phone has a HUD mode, that reflects of the windscreen. Works surprisingly well the two times I tried it. None of the other gesture control bollocks though.

Had a few shots of my mates M5 that has it. It's a nice novelty when pootling about, but you just look straight through/past it once you start driving quickly, even to the extent of just using the speedo as per usual.

Because I can't be arsed to search, what SatNav app is that Techie? Would like to try it for myself.

I can see a benefit to having your speed on screen bit the need to tweet? Come on, what ever it is can wait. Also if anyone thinks sound control will work in a moving VX, think again

Bit behind on the tech around HUD. So can a person outside see anything being projected ? Don't really fancy broadcasting the image outside even if it is a mirror image...
