I assume the foamy bits are for vibration?

Foam is to avoid any contact with bolt (after extinguisher fitted) and alu frame body vehicle to avoid alu brame body vehicle dammage with vibrations

Not sure vocky tbh, the worry would be will it crease or crack even?and what would be the best method to try ie,vice ,or flat surface with the bent part face down or up and push down from the bent part ? I will try one later on think it should be ok:)
