I don't doubt it will be gone as you know your stuff, but I don't get it myself. Guess everyone wants something different but Id rather have a s/c or tubby plus another £10k car or just buy something else for £21k. Never got the appeal of the vxr, which seems such a half arsed special addition to sell a last few cars NB: I wouldn't have commented if this was not in the discussion thread.

Rarity, low mileage and provenance this one got it all for me. When it's been over a year since the last one came up it's a special car :)

Um..... ok I know we talk all our prices down on what appears to be every for sale thread but I think the majority would say that is a little bit over priced? I'm sure if someone wants and I mean WANTS a low miler and what appears to be a mint condition VXR then yes I might sell near to that price, yes they are getting rarer, but 21.5k? 20k I would say and thats a push! GLWTS

I think if someone is brave enough to advertise a car at 23.5k and someone wants to spend that much on a car which is becoming a unique car Then it's Deffo worth it It takes 2 people to decide a value of a car

The answer to the high price = Find another one.

You can get a Honda Elise for this money but it will be a tatty high mileage one. A nice one with similar mileage on PH at the moment is 28k

I would pay a respectable amount for that car trade probably more than most people would think it was "worth". If the owners sees this and wants to sell it PM me but I suspect it will sell straight away to be honest. The demand for a low mileage turbo is pretty strong.

I have a regular tubby coming up soon at £16500 so at 20K I would say its about right. If you set out looking for a VX/Elise and want a nice colour/low miles you would be looking about 20k for anything you buy. A 111R with that mileage on it would be about the same.
