It had to happen I'm afraid. I am now out of this event.
Am gutted but it just wasn't viable in the time I had, as the car has only just been running properly the last day or so and have lots of running in, oil changes, mapping, etc still to do before I feel comfortable with it.

Gutted! I agree with everyone, get yourself over for the social side, I'd love to return the favour you gave my a year ago and take you for a spin in my VX!
I've JUST fixed my coolant leak (new water pump) and am taking it for a spin tomorrow around the Luxembourg/Belgian backroads to see how the water pump can cope.

Sorry, all cancelled now.
I really enjoy the social part but don't enjoy long schleps getting places and everything's also got all a bit manic here, not just the car but work and things I hadn't known would happen when this was all booked.
My main aim now is to try and be ready for Zandvoort.
Sorry to be a let down.
Hope the weathers kind and that all have a great trip.
