Genuine question:

I was about to get one and someone in the office said their prices for an Iphone 5 seemed dodgy (too cheap, 5 year warranty etc). It never crossed my mind that it was particularly cheap and I take all 5 year guarantees with a pinch of salt anyway.....

What do you all think?

Thanks in advance

I wouldn't say they are particularly cheap? refurbed phones, so not fair comparing them to "NEW" prices.

Certainly look like refurbs to me:

It has had a brand new screen and housing put in it!

so it looks like he's getting them for £150 ish (mazuma mobile type prices for trade in), refitting them with external glass and cases, then reselling them on in white boxes. that would be my guess.
