Only when I have the WI turned on which is only when on track. The engine just cut out when Steve was bringing it back from getting it's windscreen installed. Refuses to start but turns over. My sciatica means I can't even bend over to look at it (even if i had a clue how to fix it).

Any help would be greatly appreciated but it looks like you're a fair way away in South Shields. Car is in Guisborough. Steve (Crabash) has helped me out so much I feel bad keep asking him!

Right, sick of this whole situation so an auto electrician is coming to do a full diagnostic and hopefully fix it on Wednesday. Once running I will be taking it on a 3hr journey to Liam at MMG. I've never used him before but he comes highly recommended on here. After a long conversation with him today I am confident he can sort it.

So all being well MMG will be doing the following:

Fit Tillet B6 seats

Fit 1" ARB

Fit lightweight EP disks and new pads

Fit harness bar

Reposition / fabricate WMI tank to avoid harness bar

Fit / fabricate a quieter solution to the Larini decat pipe

Full service inc. new brake fluid

This is assuming I can get in the car and then drive it for 3hrs of course.

I can just about glimpse some light at the end of this very long tunnel  :)

AA came out to the car today, couldn't get it started for some reason :D So it's getting recovered to MMG on Monday as part of the cover I took out. Sorted.

Last week Liam replaced the fuel pump with an expensive but hopefully reliable, capable and quiet Spitfire pump. Car still won't start

He's checking relays now. Gotta be something simple... right?

:( these little plastic boxes can be infuriating at times. It'll all be worth it in a few months when you're flying around a race track with a massive grin...

Does the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on? Checked the fuel pump cut out?

Cut off switch accidentally triggered or relays put back in wrong are common.
