Nah, OBD-Tuner will handle it fine (standard version allows 2 bar over pressure - 29psi boost). I 'think' a 3.0" pulley gives somewhere in the region of 14-16 psi.

11-220 should be enough but do a power run to be sure and then go one stage higher

He can’t make the National. But I’m paying for his Blyton day in May. There’s a few of us going from NY if anyone else can make it? The total list of jobs done by this man: Renew right rear caliper. Overhaul left rear caliper. Renew clutch for 5 paddle. Fit piper manifold. Make and fit heater and controls. Renew laminova seals. Renew cc relay and hose. Renew supercharger and fit 2.9 pulley with smaller belt. Fit saab air box and make brackets to suit. It was only ever supposed to be some help sorting the driveshaft!!
