Oh sh$t, small world, I'm in kettering mate, there is a few more around the northampton area and also around MK and surrounding areas, had a meet a couple of weeks ago in MK but I couldnt go as was ill, but quite a few turned up, think there is talk of another get together soon so you best get buying! Lol, what ones are you looking at?
Cool! I am looking at- http://www.lowtonmotorcompany.com/used-VAUXHALL-VX220-Warrington-Lancashire-568321
I've got Ghand going to take a scouting look on Thursday and if he thinks it is worth a 288 mile round trip I will go check it out and decide :-)
Failing that I am stuffed as not many on market at mo and I really like the lairy colour!!
It is a small world, but maybe I am not looking hard enough for all these VX220s!

If it isn't spot on be patient. They always come up for sale in the winter months.
Yeah indeed, but I am quite keen on the non-standard colour. I already have a daily/bad weather drive in my favourite red/black colours so can't really duplicate with the VX220 as much as I would like to!

Once you rule out silver, red, blue and black, the list get's thin.

I might be looking at my green machine next Saturday so lets see what happens! I will either be happy or not going as its a lemon and Ghands wise scouting trip will save a lengthy journey!

You will be lucky if it's reversible without a full respray The Vx paint is not that good at staying on and a lot is likely to come away if you try to remove a wrap but you could be lucky 😀I know a couple of sprayers one in corby and one in finedon mate, getting mine done this year, good price, not the 3/4 grand that most will charge!! But wrap is cheaper, if that's what you want, reversible and can change it when you want

Whats a "good price" PM me, I once got my mini sprayed for £300 providing I delivered it with all the trim and parts in the way removed! Wasn't a bad job either but I'd look around as well this time if on a lush car like a VX220
Yeah maybe a wrap I will avoid!!

Carefull.... Green Machine is Copyrighted and Trade Marked
Think you've definitely come to the right place. I started my motoring days with an original Mini too. Although I miss the mini, I love the VX.
Good luck and keep us posted!
