Yes, the RX7 has always appealed to me. That and the NSX.

I know VXR prices are strong, but this seems optimistic.. Especially, as the photos don't seem to indicate its condition is great (which you'd expect for that).. How much does an EVO mag feature add? https://www.pistonhe...---2004/8664304

That's ridiculous. Love that he thinks #03 is the oldest one, try going to the heritage centre and you will see #00

But as an owner promising lol. Especially as mine only has 30K.

Did Jon sell the VXR with sub 10K on it?

Regarding the earlier comments your age doesn't necessarily reflect your first car, im in my 30's (just) and my first car was from 1966 and quite a lot older than me.

Not sure where the VXR prices will go over the next years, but I struggle to believe that this car at this price is much of investment.

Was about to say that. Both lines in fact. I had the same issue a few years back and the connectors then separated. I was lucky the car didn't go up in flames.

We sold one with 3k on the clock for the same price as the 44k mile one. 30k is optimistic as that range of car is more a useable driver than an investment. We have a 42k one that's in very good order for 24k all warranted with serive/HCBs done etc so that's where the market is really. Sold the other one we had and just thinking what I want to do with mine. 22k with ohlins it's a bit of a peach but haven't touched it since last summer same with the NA. Can't really bring myself to sell either but possibly thinking of making space for something different.

only a 2.2 i think realistically about £5,000. Seems only the best examples are worth decent money

Where could I get a part number for that clip holding the fuel line to the bulk head? Just noticed my central clip has snapped off. Cheers in advance. M Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

I think, it's parts 6 and 7 here. https://www.speedste...ings/index.html Although a simple zip tie will hold them safe in the interim. I noticed Bobby's were loose at Brunters one year and cable tied them safe until he could fix them.

That's brilliant. I was also thinking about cable tie as interim fix. Cheers m

I'm glad to see we are keeping ahead of similarly aged boxsters who are still in the 'from 5k' section in Auto Express...

I would say they start from a lot less than £11,500. Nearer £8000.

You can even get cheaper still if you get a proper dog of a car with lots of problems which you spend ages fixing. Good examples naturally command higher prices. :)
