I know it may be a long shot but does anyone have or know of where I can get a parasolid of the VX220 bodywork that I can import into Unigraphix??

Hmm I seem to recall saying I'd knock a new version up but never got round to it.

 

I now find myself with free time once again so may look at using it a bit more wisely than just playing video games.

It's a very dirty triangulated surface model I spent a lot of time stitching in into a clean surface. But even then it is still only surfaces and the technology to go from mesh to cad is still a new thing.

you want a standard shape you best start learning 3dsmax lol 

 

its hard enough as it is without all that rear boot nastyness. lol

that took about 5 hours from scratch . 

 

the blueprints are perfectly to scale i made the panes with the pics on the exact dimensions so the car should be 1:1

 

i had to edit some of the blueprints so it looked more like my car.
