As the title says, need to sort a pulley system for the harrop for my car.

Any pointers on what to use. Hopefully from the states so I can pick uo next week?

Don't think you need a "system" as such. The pulley is just a bolt-on (like the modular system for the M62) as standard and not pressed on. So whatever size(s) you want from Smoothflow.

No Graham's Harrop doesn't come with a modular pulley on it.its a fixed pulley wheel .

Graeme just order a 2.5 inch pulley should work well :-) really though as Joe and Techieboy said its just a bolt on so decide how small you want to go and bolt it on now bearing pulley needed.

This might be a problem G man as on zzp you can't buy the part that is fitted to the charger .

Got a photo of the problem area? I can compare to a standard charger and it might be the same diameter so can use a normal module system

Would the lotus part, that they use on the Exige v6 help? But yes as lee says, no pulley on mine. Savings a lot more than a tenner. Even if I have to spend a couple of hundred I'm still quids in. Don't want to though obviously. Harrop/TVS direct maybe?

So it wasn't just me being stupid when I looked earlier then? If we can get an answer/idea in the next 24-36 hours I might be able to source it for when I'm in the States next week and save a load of time (shipping)

I have no picture. My car is at lees, hopefully with the charger - maybe he can help with a pic? It came direct from lotus, so was either originally intended for an exige v6 or evora. Was used for testing in a dyno cell. Apart from that I don't really know anything about it. HTH

ooo g man i hope a bespoke intake mani is being made?!

having done a few google searches, it appears the evora harrop has a bolt on pulley aswell

best bet would be measuring the shaft ( ) and then seeing if its the same size as the m62 one :)

Ehhhhh... Lotus tested the V6 with an "LSJ type" Harrop 1320TVS?? Or did you buy a Lotus type TVS that does not directly fit onto the LSJ SC manifold??

measure the diameter and check if you can mod an M62 modular hub.

It just needs a press fit tolerance.
