post a picture or atleast give us some info to work with

I have no picture. My car is at lees, hopefully with the charger - maybe he can help with a pic? It came direct from lotus, so was either originally intended for an exige v6 or evora. Was used for testing in a dyno cell. Apart from that I don't really know anything about it. HTH

Ehhhhh... Lotus tested the V6 with an "LSJ type" Harrop 1320TVS?? Or did you buy a Lotus type TVS that does not directly fit onto the LSJ SC manifold??

Not LSJ type. We're making a new core plate, like lees to solve the manifold fitment problem though.

What Mr Mantaa said. I'd be surprised if Lotus used the LSJ 1320 TVS Harrop.

Yup as above, not lsj harrop. Still a 1320 TVS though afaik

I can measure the shafts of both Harrop and m62 on Sunday if it helps The pulleys them selves have diffrent internal diameter where they sit over the modular bit

I have no idea if that will help Chris, but thanks for the offer. Having spent very little time even looking at the m62 or harrop I'm not even sure what I need etc.

Better make sure a GM throttle body fits as well, as it sounds like the casing is different. Is the snout length okay?

We definately need pics here...

But thinking out loud; Instead of bodging the pulley and GM throttlebody onto this TVS, is it not much easier to simply fit the Evora V6 under it in your VX??

Will the actuator not be a problem?

Definitely looks like a pressed on pulley is standard on the Evora S' TVS

Is it possible that if you remove the pressed on pulley, the flange behind it is the same as used for the quick swap pulleys?

Not now. What would have been easier would have been to not spunk a Fcuk load of money on forging the Saab engine and just fit the m62 instead. Cnutsticks So we need lee to confirm with pics of charger etc?

Why would you spend money in forging a Saab engine, as it's pretty stout with stock internals..

Lee can you take pics (if they're still needed) or do I need to pop over with my camera?

Shamelessly stolen from other threads on here:-

Unfortunately, no pics without the Evora/Exige inlet manifold attached but looks like a longer snout and the actuator is in a totally different place

Humongous inlet from the throttle body though

And the LSJ TVS (and the M62) for casing comparison:
