GooDo work Karl. I'd not bother with the battery support, they said it couldn't be done! ;)

  Battery or boot support? :)
Battery!

I've got an OEM one to fit soon, being delivered by one of the NPC brothers from the NPC warehouse.

Got hold of a OEM bracket and fitted it, annoyingly 1 of the 3 bolts captive nuts was spinning so I had to chop the head and use this as a 2 bolt and 1 positioning stud setup.

I also afixed some L shape corner bracing at the bottom of the battery on side where the +ve terminal is near the chasis and poses a risk if the battery cap cover is freed and battery should slide.

I also did my first vinyl wrap! I picked the easy centre tunnel.

The console, cup holder and door cards are away being sprayed up currently so thought id take a go at wrapping-

In progress

Finished and I am very happy. I plan to make a small test wrap and see what happens if lacquered!

That is all for now!

Get yourself a rivnut tool (like this: http://www.ebay.co.u...=item5d52355f0e) and some zinc coated M6 rivnuts and replace the spinning one.

Thanks to a brother from the NPC MASSSIVE my windows no longer rattle! It is in my opinion the best, quickest and cheapest mod you can do!

Thanks Ken!

Who has a Fezz heater and is it worth it? I laid out a small fortune on the 23rd to Tom/Fezz for some of his remaining parts so I can assemble one.... can't wait to get the parts...

its much better then standard, although I don't have one.

Its the best of a bad situation, there are a lot of things that conspire against a heated vx... the massive heat dispersing chassis for a start
